Marine Wharf Hotel, new 411-room Seaport District hotel, approved
At Thursday (November 17th, 2016)'s board meeting, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved the Marine Wharf Hotel. Located in the Seaport District near the Innovation and Design Building, the $160 million hotel will contain 411 rooms as well as restaurant and amenity space. Construction of the Marine Wharf Hotel is anticipated to commence in mid-2017.
