Brick exterior finish installation underway at Symphony Court Phase Two
Installation of brick exterior finishes is well underway at Symphony Court Phase Two, a 34-unit residential condominium building located at 44 Burbank Street in the Fenway. Brick finishes have been installed along nearly the entire building’s frame facing Burbank Street, with installation of fire and moisture-resistant cladding (blue and green) just about complete. At the rear of the frame, brown exterior finish fastening system panels have been installed above the cladding. The fastening system is being used to attach brick finishes to the frame.
Transport platforms and pulleys along the sides of the building are being used to hoist and install brick finishes, the fastening system and remaining cladding. Windows will be installed following completion of the brick facade.
