206 West, 16 new affordable apartments in South Boston, approved for construction
At last night's board meeting, the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) approved 206 West for construction. Located at 206 West Broadway steps to the Broadway MBTA Red Line station, 206 West will be a new four-story mixed-use building containing 16 affordable residential apartments and 1,050 square feet of ground-floor retail. 206 West will be constructed on what is currently a vacant lot.
