Pierce Boston nears topping off, condos listed for sale
Pierce Boston has risen to nearly its’ full height, currently standing at about 28 stories tall. Pierce Boston will be a 30-story mixed-use tower. Glass has been installed along the first five stories of Pierce Boston’s facade.
Condominiums are now on sale at Pierce Boston. A 22nd Floor one-bedroom is listed for $924,500, and a 19th Floor three-bedroom is listed for $2,913,700.
