50/60 Binney facade installed, interior tenant fit out underway
50/60 Binney’s distinctive façade has been fully installed. Interior fit out is now underway for tenants of the Kendall Square Class A lab and office building as its’ opening in the first half of 2017 nears. 50/60 Binney tenants will include Genzyme Corporation, who will occupy 251,000 square feet, and Bluebird Bio, who will occupy 253,000 square feet. The 50/60 Binney construction team is also performing exterior finishing touches along ground floor retail spaces. A stacked three-stone granite sculpture has been installed along Binney Street.
