610 Main Street North nearly complete, landscaping and interior finishing underway

The seven-story exterior shell of 610 Main Street North, a 280,000 square foot, LEED Gold-certified multidisciplinary research facility located in Cambridge’s Kendall Square, is finished. Interior finishes are just about ready for Pfizer, 610 Main Street North's lead tenant, to move in. Landscaping has been installed along the new Watson Courtyard located between 610 Main Street North and South. Interior fit out of 610 Main Street North’s 10,000 square foot ground-floor retail space along Main Street is well underway. 610 Main Street North is the latest addition to the quickly growing Osborn Triangle district at MIT.
