Boston Foreign Motors has acquired the property at 202 Southhampton Street in Dorchester for $7.25 million.
The development is currently under review and calls for the renovation of an existing single-story retail building to construct a new showroom and service facility for Boston Foreign Motors. The service facility will include a total of 21 bays. 44 surface parking spaces will be located on site.
