Boston Landing’s Auerbach Center, future home of Boston Celtics practice facility and Mass Innovation Labs, nearing completion
The facade of Boston Landing’s Auerbach Center, future official practice facility of the Boston Celtics and home of a new biotech incubator for Mass Innovation Labs, is nearly complete, with just about all exterior finish and glass curtain wall panels installed, including the practice facility’s signature 40-foot glass wall overlooking the Massachusetts Turnpike. Finishing of the building’s interior areas is now underway in order to prepare for the anticipated mid-2018 opening of both the 71,000-square-foot state-of-the-art basketball practice facility and the two-level, 84,000-square-foot biotech incubator. The six-story, 160,000-square-foot Auerbach Center will also feature 5,700 square feet of retail on its’ ground floor. The following are photographs of The Auerbach Center:
