BPDA Approves Mixed-Use Project in Maverick Square
The Boston Planning Board has approved the nearly 375,000 square foot mixed-use project at 2-10 Maverick Square in East Boston. The developer, MG2 Group will build a 6-story building on the site to feature 2 commercial spaces and 25 residential units. Units will range in size from studios through three bedrooms. As the project is located adjacent to the Maverick Square MBTA station, no parking is included in the development.
