Building Permit Granted for 37 N. Beacon St.
A building permit has been pulled to construct the two-building project at 37 North Beacon Street in Allston. The project will consist of a five-story building to feature 74 apartments plus a smaller 4-story building to include 9 condos. Amenities at 37 North Beacon Street would include a rooftop terrace with Boston skyline views, a fitness center, and a street-level art gallery. 42 parking spaces would be located on-site, in addition to storage for 83 bicycles.
