Building Permit Granted for East Boston Development
A building permit has been granted for the development at 11-19 Walley Street in East Boston.
The approved four-story residential building featuring 38 apartments is located across from the Suffolk Downs MBTA Blue Line station. Apartments will include 12 one-bedrooms averaging 701 square feet, 8 two-bedrooms averaging 1,085 square feet, 15 three-bedrooms averaging 1,168 square feet and 3 four-bedrooms averaging 1,349 square feet. Five apartments would be designated affordable.
