Building Permit Issued for Beacon Hill Boutique Hotel
A building permit has been issued for the renovation of the existing John Jeffries House plus an addition to make a new boutique hotel.
The current property will be repurposed into a 66-room, boutique hotel. There will be an extensive renovation and redesign of the existing building and construction of a 12,000-square foot addition on the site of the adjacent surface parking lot.
