Building Permit Issued for Marine Wharf Hotel
A building permit has been issued for the upcoming Marine Wharf Hotel in Boston's Seaport District.
The 14-story, 320,000 square foot dual-branded hotel will include a 245-room Hampton Inn and a 166-room Homewood Suites, providing a total of 411 new Seaport District hotel rooms.
Approximately 19,300 square feet of amenities will be located at Marine Wharf Hotel including an exterior terrace, a fitness center, an indoor pool, meeting spaces and a 500-seat restaurant. Approximately 3,500 square feet of retail will be located on the hotel's ground floor.
