Chelsea Properties Acquired for $28 Million
Lowell-based Eastern Salt Company has just completed the acquisiton of multiple parcels of land and adjacent buildings on Marginal Street in Chelsea, MA.
The $28,010,797 million purchase includes a 3-story 52,444 square foot brick warehouse home to Boston Hides & Furs. There is an additional lot adjacent to the property at 110 Marginal Street that features 47,999 square feet of vacant land.
Also included is a 8,160 square foot 2-story office building at 200 Marginal Street.
