Co-working space and software company lease space at expanded Stillings Street Garage in Fort Point


Co-working space provider Industrious and insurance software company Duck Creek Technologies have each leased approximately 30,000 square feet at the newly expanded Stillings Street Garage in Fort Point. Each tenant will occupy a full floor of the building; approximately 60,000 square feet of office space across floors eight and nine remain for lease.


Industrious' space will be its' first co-working space in Boston, and is expected to open this Winter. The space, located on floor seven, will feature amenities including a coffee bar and lounge, conference rooms and relaxation areas, as well as a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views. Duck Creek's space will be located on floor 10; the company is currently a tenant at nearby 51 Sleeper Street, also located in Fort Point.


Office space at the Stillings Street Garage has been expanded to about 110,000 total square feet with a new two-story addition totaling approximately 55,000 square feet, doubling available office space. Additionally, approximately 3,000 square feet of retail have been added along the garage's ground floor. Over 550 parking spaces are located at the garage following its' expansion.
