Compact Living Project Approved in Dorchester
The BPDA has approved the development project at 141 Westville Street in Dorchester. The 4-story building will feature 14 compact living studio apartments. These units will range in size from 260-280 square feet. Per the city's new Compact Living Guidelines the building will also include shared common space for residents.
