Construction complete at LINX Watertown, new creative office space now leasing
Construction is complete at LINX Watertown, a new 185,000-square-foot Class A creative office building located steps from Watertown's upcoming $400 million Arsenal Yards mixed-use development. Built by Callahan Construction, the LEED-certified LINX Watertown features an open floor plan with high ceilings, with amenities including extensive outdoor green space and a dramatic two-story atrium lobby. Office space at LINX Watertown is now available for lease. The building is the latest Watertown development from Boylston Properties, who recently cut the ribbon on the new 150-room Residence Inn Boston-Watertown and is now building Arsenal Yards, which will feature 350,000 square feet of retail and entertainment, approximately 425 residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, a 145-room Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton hotel and 100,000 square feet of office space.
