Construction Continues on Redevelopment of Whittier Choice
Construction is ongoing with sheathing and window install work underway for first phases of the Whittier Choice project while demo has also kicked off to remove older buildings on the site. The Whittier Choice development will create a total of 387 residential units, bringing an increase of 187 residential units to the development. Around 7,680 square feet of retail will also be built as part of the redevelopment. The new buildings will contain a mix of affordable and market-rate residential units. Both rental and condominium residential units will be constructed ranging from studios to four-bedrooms.
