Construction Continues on Underground Parking Garage for The Smith South End
Construction is ongoing for the two-level parking garage that will be located under The Smith South End. The garage is set to hold up to 650 cars to accommodate residents of the 650 apartments, 80,000sf of office space, and 20,000sf of retail planned for the development. The Smith will also feature a large, open community park at the center of the site, bringing walkability this area of the South End.
