Cote Village Breaks Ground
The Cote Village Apartments and Townhomes, officially broke ground earlier this week in Mattapan. The project will feature 76 units, all designated affordable between 30% and 100% AMI. Mayor Walsh attended the ceremony and spoke on the project “The City of Boston is proud to support these new developments as part of our commitment to keeping housing affordable and keeping neighborhoods strong,” said Mayor Walsh. “I want to thank all partners involved for their work to create this housing that will be affordable at a variety of income levels, and that will bring new economic opportunities to the area. This is a great day for the Mattapan community and the City of Boston."
