Cote Village Financed for $37 Million
Cote Village in Mattapan has been financed for $37,021,000.
The approved mixed-use project to include 76 residential units and 4,172 square feet of ground-floor commercial space in Mattapan. Units will range in size from one to three bedrooms.
The project will also include a 12,000 square foot public plaza with 84 parking spaces.
