Dellbrook | JKS energizes Somerville’s Union Square with two new buildings

Dellbrook | JKS has successfully completed two new buildings, Union Square Apartments and 197 Union Square, that are bringing new energy to the heart of Somerville’s eclectic, fast-growing Union Square. Both buildings bring to Union Square a combined 65 residential units and 6,000 square feet of retail. A new cafe and juice bar, NU Cafe, opens at 197 Union Square this month. With dozens of enticing shops and restaurants and a prime location minutes to Downtown Boston and Kendall Square, Union Square is a great place to live, work and play.
