Demo Permit App Filed For 1-23 Ledgemere Rd. in Brighton
A demo permit application has been filed to remove the existing multi-family buildings, the J.J. Carroll Apartments, at 1-23 Ledgemere Road in Brighton. The demolition would make way for the proposed redevelopment of the site which would include 144 senior housing units plus around 1,200 square feet of commercial space. The building would also include an 11,000 square foot Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Center, and ground floor "Village Center".
