Demo Permit App Filed for 287 Maverick Street in East Boston
A demo permit application has been filed to remove the existing commercial structure at 287 Maverick Street in East Boston. Once demo is complete the site will be prepped for MG2 Group's upcoming 5-story 38 unit condo building on the Jeffries Point site. The project is also set to include ground floor retail and 30 parking spaces.
