Demo Wrapping up at 125 Sumner St. in East Boston
Demo of the Clippership Apartments originally built in 1974 is wrapping up to make way for a new mixed-income apartment and condo project. The upcoming 2 building development will feature 22 affordable rentals and 30 mixed-income condos. Apartments will include 3 and 4-bedrooms, and condos will include studio, one-, two- and three bedrooms. The project will also include 3,400 square feet of retail space along with surface parking for 19 cars.
