Downtown Crossing Building Refinanced for $27 Million
One Milk Street has been refinanced via Valley National Bank for $27 million.
The property features a 45,000-square-foot historic building located at the corner of Washington and Milk Streets in Downtown Crossing. The repositioned building features a modern office and retail space. One Milk Street is also home to one of Boston's WeWork locations.
Retail is located on One Milk Street’s ground floor, with office spaces on the second through sixth floors. Available office space ranges from 2,856 to 28,775 square feet.
