The Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston hotel has been refinanced via Wells Fargo for $47.5 million.
The property features an 85,700 square foot Hyatt hotel located in Boston's Downtown Crossing neighborhood. The 13-story building was constructed in 2018 and sits on a 6,720 square foot parcel that is part of the Congress Square Development.
