Framingham based, VTT Management has acquired 35 Concord Street in Framingham, MA for $1.1 million. The building, previously owned by the Salvation Army is the most visible, centrally located parcel/building in Downtown Framingham. The 31,404 square foot 2 story building sits on a .76 acre parcel with 40 on-site parking spaces.
Recent changes in zoning bylaws will allow multi-family residential projects downtown and ease restrictions on height and density. Potential uses include mixed-use with multi-tenant office/retail; office building; retail center; affordable housing; fitness center; storage unit center; restaurant; and more.
