Electrical Permit Issued for The Smith South End
An electrical permit has been issued for The Smith South End, the mixed-use project on the 3-acre site along East Dedham Street between Harrison Avenue & Albany Street. This first electrical permit is for 2 levels of parking and the 11 floor residential building at 89 East Dedham. In total, the project will consist of four buildings totaling approximately 710,000 square feet. A total of 650 apartment residences and 80,000 square feet of office space will be constructed along with around 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The two-level parking garage underneath the development will have room for up to 650 cars.
