Elevator core tops off, concrete superstructure pouring underway at Emmanuel College’s New Julie Hall in Fenway
The first elevator core at Emmanuel College’s New Julie Hall dormitory has topped off at 19 stories tall, and the building’s 19-story concrete superstructure has been poured up to the eighth floor. A second elevator core has reached the building’s ninth floor. Opening in Fall 2018, New Julie Hall will feature nearly 700 beds for Emmanuel College students as well as amenities including lounges and top-floor function space overlooking the Emerald Necklace and the Boston skyline.
