Emerson Little Building Renovation Underway
Emerson College is currently undertaking a renovation and rehabilitation at the “Little Building” located at 80 Boylston Street in downtown Boston. The college is planning to replace the deteriorating façade, renovate the dining hall and increase social space for students. 294 additional student beds are being added to the current bed-count of 750. Architecture firm Elkus Manfredi is heading up the re-design.
