Energy Positive Project Proposed in Roxbury
Rees-Larkin has proposed a new Energy Postive (E+) building along Highland Street in Roxbury. The development would include 23 mixed-income units in a four-story building that would also include a semi-below-grade parking garage with 19 spaces. The unit mix would include 4- 1 beds, 15-2 beds, and 4- 3 beds. The building would also include 860 square feet of community art space.
