Exterior finishing underway at 345 Harrison, upcoming South End luxury apartments
The east building at 345 Harrison has topped off at 14 stories tall, and installation of the building’s exterior facade is well underway. Brick and metal exterior finish panels have been installed up to the east building’s top floor at sections. Finishes, in addition to windows, are nearly fully installed along the east building's base facing Harrison Avenue. Remaining sections of the east building are now being weatherproofed. Construction of the steel frame of 345 Harrison’s west building along Washington Street is well underway, and has risen to as high as seven stories at sections. Opening in early 2018, 343 Harrison will feature 585 apartment residences with 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The following are photographs of 345 Harrison:
