Exterior Work Ongoing for 13 Shetland St. in Roxbury
Exterior work is ongoing for the upcoming 57 unit apartment building along Shetland Street in Roxbury just a few blocks from the Newmarket MBTA Station. 13 Shetland will include a mix of 27 studios, 18 one-bedrooms, and 12 two-bedrooms along with a ground-floor parking garage with 52 spaces. Residents will also have access to a club room, fitness center, a 5,000-square-foot landscaped interior courtyard and a spacious common roof deck.
