Facade Work Fast Progressing on Link and Watermark at Market Central
Facade work is moving forward rapidly on both Link and Watermark as part of the Market Central development in Central Square. Link, expected to open later this year will offer studio through three-bedroom units along with ample abundant common spaces including a roof terrace, shared kitchen, lounge, and game room. The 19-story Watermark tower will also offer studio through three bedroom homes designed with a mix of modern and industrial design elements. Resident amenities include on-site concierge service, fitness center, and roof terrace. Watermark is set to open in 2020. Union House, the smaller, boutique building located off Mass. Ave that rounds out the development is now open.
