Facade Work Ongoing For The Clarion in Dorchester
Facade work is ongoing for The Clarion in Dorchester on Blue Hill Ave. The exterior of the building, clad in masonry with metal window bays and cornices, is designed to mimic the traditional apartment buildings in this section of the neighborhood. The Clarion will bring 38 apartments along with over 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail to these formerly vacant parcels.
