First Condo Units Ready for Occupancy at One Dalton
A certificate of occupancy has been issued for a majority of the condominium units on floors 26 through 32 at One Dalton. With this CO in place, closings are also beginning to come in for the luxury project. The 180 condos within One Dalton sit above the 215 room Four Seasons hotel which opened at the end of May. Residents will have access to both the hotel amenities including a fitness center, spa, and curved lap pool and a private club on the 50th floor of the building. Final finishing is expected to last through this summer with the building fully complete sometime in September.
