Fit-Out Permits Issued for WeWork's Upcoming 200 Berkeley Location
Two permits have been issued for renovations of the 19th through 24th floors of The Berkeley Building in Back Bay for coworking giant WeWork's upcoming new location. The permits totaling over $7.3M call for renovations to include work to HVAC, plumbing, and data lines. Work will also include new non-load bearing partitions, finish work, new lighting, and architectural finishes.
