Framing Begins for The Quinn, 370-380 Harrison Ave.
Framing has kicked off for Related Beal's 370-380 Harrison Avenue project now dubbed The Quinn (after the Quinzani's Bakery formerly on the site). The 14-story building will contain 273 residential units, including 172 rental apartments and 101 condominiums, and 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Condos will range in size from studios through 4 bedrooms. Three levels of parking under the building will have space for 180 cars.
