Framing Begins for Waterside Place Phase 1B
With the core climbing, framing has now started for Waterside Place's second phase along Congress Street in the Seaport. The upcoming 23-story tower will feature 307 apartments along with 3.500 square feet of ground floor retail and parking for 84 cars. Minimal parking is needed as this transit-oriented project sits directly next to the World Trade Center Silverline MBTA stop.
