Framing Continues to Rise at The Quinn in the South End
Framing continues to rise in the South End at 370-380 Harrison Avenue. The Quinn, a 14-story building will contain 273 residential units, including 172 rental apartments and 101 condominiums. Related Beal's project will also include 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail.
Resident amenities at The Quinn will include upper-level roof decks with outdoor social space and plantings. 55 residences at 370-380 Harrison Avenue will be designated affordable, including 52 apartments and 3 condominiums.
