Framing Starts for 377 W. First St. in Southie
The concrete core is rising and framing has started for the new mixed-use project on First Street in South Boston. The development, which was acquired by G.A. Donovan Management Consulting Corp. in December for $3 million is set to include a ground floor commercial space and 9 residential units. A parking garage with 15 spaces will also be included in the project.
