Framing Underway for Addition to John Jeffries House in Beacon Hill
Framing is underway for the 12,000 sf addition to the John Jeffries House, across from the Charles/MGH MBTA station in Beacon Hill. Work is also ongoing to renovate the existing structure. When complete the project will house a 66-room boutique hotel. While plans for the new hotel remain under wraps, construction is expected to be complete in 2019.
