Hebrew College Sells Newton Campus for $18 Million
The Hebrew College Board of Trustees Thursday agreed to sell the College's Newton Centre campus. The agreement allows Hebrew College to stay in its current location "for several years under favorable terms," according to a statement by the college.
The property has been acquired by Newton-based, Winthrop Park School, Inc. for $18 million. The property features 80,000 square-feet of educational and office space on a 7-acre campus in Newton Centre.
