Interior Finishing Underway for Radius Apartments as Preleasing Begins
With preleasing underway for an expected summer move in, interior finishing is ongoing for Radius Apartments in Brighton. The project will feature 132 apartments along with 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Units range in size from studios through 2 bedrooms. Building amenities will include a penthouse level fitness center, mindfulness meditation room, and a rooftop deck with bbq grills and lawn games. Radius Apartments are located at the intersection of Western Avenue and Leo M. Birmingham Parkway overlooking the Charles River.
