Jones Street Investment Partners have purchased the East Main Apartment complex from Thorndike Development and Campanelli Development for $53.6 million via JLL. This news comes just months after the two development groups sold off their Norwood based complex, One Upland, for $93 million.
The purchase of the 188-unit in Norton comes with a $38.5 million mortgage from the Mass Housing Partnership Fund Board.
The residences consist of one, two, and three bedroom units as well as private entry townhouse rentals. This acquisition comes at a time where Jones Street Investment Partners continues to acquire suburban multi-family complexes across the state.
