LOI Filed for 350+ Unit Project in Allston
Partners Properties has filed a Letter of Intent to replace the existing commercial building at 20 Linden Street and 6 dilapidated 3-story residential buildings at 24 Linden and 8-20 Pratt Street with 3 new residential buildings. The buildings would range in height from 16 stories to 4 stories and feature a total of 358 units, a mix of 306 rental units and 52 condos. The project, dubbed Nova Allston, will also include around 8,200 square feet of ground-floor retail and /or community space and a below-grade garage with parking for 180 cars.
