Lowe Buys Out Development Partner to Control 100% of Randall School Redevelopment
After becoming a partner on the project in 2017, Lowe has now bought out Telesis Corp. and is 100% owner of the Southwest DC development project. The team expects to begin construction on the redevelopment of a historic school next year. The project will feature a 12-story apartment building with 489 units, 98 of them set aside as affordable along. Two of the existing school buildings are set to become a 31,000 square foot art museum with the third to be transformed into creative office space.
