Marine Wharf Hotel Refinanced for $105.63 Million

The hotel development at 660 Summer Street has been refinanced via Santander Bank for $105.63 million.

The upcoming 14-story, 320,000 square foot dual-branded hotel will include a 245-room Hampton Inn and a 166-room Homewood Suites, providing a total of 411 new Seaport District hotel rooms. 

Approximately 19,300 square feet of amenities will be located at Marine Wharf Hotel including an exterior terrace, a fitness center, an indoor pool, meeting spaces, and a 500-seat restaurant. Approximately 3,500 square feet of retail will be located on the hotel's ground floor.
