Marketplace Center trades for $81.8 Million
Gazit Globe has acquired the retail property at 200 State Street in Boston for $81.8 million.
Marketplace Center is a 62,000 square foot retail and office building that sits directly across the street from the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The building is located next to the popular tourist destination, Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Currently, the building is fully leased to Banana Republic, LOFT, American Eagle, and additional office tenants.
